Humana's CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Florida seeks a primary care physician to join our full-time team. You will deliver outpatient care to adult and senior patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with patients, thorough documentation, and participation in a TB screening program as part of Humana/Senior Bridge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Licensure as required by the state.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• This role is patient facing and participates in Humana/Senior Bridge's TB screening program; TB screening is required if selected.
• Willingness to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.

Required Qualifications

• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
