Pediatric Integrative/Functional Medicine (MD/DO/PA/NP) - DFW, Texas (FT/PT)

Shine Pediatrics and Wellness Center is seeking a healthcare provider willing to work in a rapidly growing practice in the heart of the DFW metroplex. Our first office opened in Fall 2012 in a birthing center, later moving to Richardson (EAST). We expanded to Frisco (NORTH) in Winter 2015, relocated to Fort Worth (WEST) in 2021, and are now expanding to McKinney (NORTH).

Our practice emphasizes individual care considering physical, mental, social, and spiritual factors. Our integrative approach aims to reduce prescriptions and improve outcomes for chronic pediatric illnesses, often avoiding referrals to specialists. We serve both newborns through hospital privileges and older children from families seeking more comprehensive solutions than conventional pediatrics offers.

Our model is provider-owned and directed, not driven solely by business or financial interests, allowing us to focus on wellness and vitality. We offer scheduled appointments of at least 15 minutes, with longer times for complex cases, from 8 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, closed on weekends.

Ideal candidates are team players willing to learn from experienced colleagues, take call approximately once every 5-6 weeks, and, for MDs and DOs, participate in hospital call for continuity of care. We value providers who love life, set positive examples, and embody true integrative medicine.

Salaries for MDs and DOs are competitive; advanced practitioners' salaries depend on experience, scope, and commitment.
