Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking LPNs, Medical Assistants and EMTs to join our Primary Care team. You will provide essential patient care, assist with procedures, and help ensure accurate rooming and documentation for smooth visits.

The role requires current BLS certification and licensure or credentials as LPN/MA/EMT. Ideal candidates have healthcare experience and a collaborative spirit within a community-focused clinic.

Qualifications

• BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross required and current.
• State license as Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
• MA or EMT credentials acceptable if approved for patient care roles.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vitals and visit information.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed.
• Perform and assist with procedures such as EKGs, bladder scans, and ear irrigation.
• Maintain rooming accuracy, med reconciliation, and allergy/recall reviews.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations, policies, and standards.
