Job summary

Park Nicollet is hiring LPNs, Medical Assistants, and EMTs to join our Primary Care team. The positions require a current BLS certification and licensure or certification in LPN, MA, or EMT with Minnesota licensing. Responsibilities include patient rooming, vitals, medication administration, and assisting with procedures.

Ideal candidates will have one or more years of healthcare experience and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a team setting.

Qualifications

• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross required and must be current.
• Must meet one of: LPN, MA, or EMT with appropriate licensure/certification.
• EMT requires Minnesota EMT license.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vitals and visit information.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed.
• Perform or assist with procedures such as EKGs, bladder scans, and related treatments.
• Ensure rooming processes including medication reconciliation and refills, allergy/ immunization reviews, and forms completion.
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and standards.
