Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in the Greater Sacramento area seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive primary care in a community health setting.

Offering $131,000–$170,000 annually depending on experience, relocation assistance, and a strong benefits package including 403(b) retirement, PTO, health/dental/vision, CME reimbursement, and malpractice tail coverage. Ideal candidates have CA NP license, DEA, BLS, and EPIC experience.

Qualifications

• Active California RN and Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in community health preferred.
• Strong commitment to serving underserved communities.
• Comfortable treating three patients per hour.
• Relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with Medical Director.
• Monitor progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
• Provide preventive care and health education.
