RRC Solutions Group in California is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice. You will provide comprehensive patient care in a supportive outpatient team setting.

The position offers a competitive salary of $145,000–$190,000 annually, full-time outpatient schedule, predictable hours, and a strong benefits package including paid time off, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and employer-paid benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current CA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• NCCPA certification.
• Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team.
