Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice in California. This full-time outpatient role offers a supportive, team-oriented environment and the opportunity to deliver comprehensive patient care across all ages.

Compensation ranges from $145,000 to $190,000 annually based on experience. Benefits include paid time off, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and a predictable schedule in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA program.
• Current CA license or eligibility to obtain CA license.
• NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team.
