The position features a competitive salary range of $145,000–$190,000 per year, based on experience, with a predictable schedule and a robust benefits package including CME allowance and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible state CA license.
• NCCPA certification.
• Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team
