All Inclusive Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine/Primary Care team in California.

The PA will evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions, develop care plans, and collaborate with supervising physicians to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The role requires a CA PA license, NCCPA certification, prescribing authority, and DEA registration if applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program.
• Current, unrestricted California PA license.
• NCCPA certification (PA-C) and eligibility to practice under a CA PA agreement.
• Current prescribing authority and registrations for the position.
• Current DEA registration if prescribing controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, history-taking, and examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and orders per scope of practice.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other team members.
• Document evaluations, diagnoses, plans, and progress in the EHR.
• Provide patient education and ensure ethical, compliant care.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical reviews.
