Job summary

Mercy is seeking a qualified nurse to support the primary care operations team in delivering safe, timely, and equitable patient care. You will work closely with Mercy Primary Care Providers and care teams to drive quality outcomes for an attributed patient panel.

The role requires a nursing diploma and Oklahoma licensure (RN or LPN); BSN is preferred. A hybrid schedule begins after 90 days of in-person training, with 2–3 onsite days weekly thereafter.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing school is required.
• Active nursing licensure in Oklahoma (RN or LPN).
• BSN preferred.
• Six months nursing experience preferred.
• Primary care experience helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN)
• Active nursing licensure in the state of Oklahoma (RN or LPN)
• Preferred: BSN
• Preferred: 6 months of nursing experience
• Primary Care experience helpful but not required
• Must complete at least 90 days of full-time, in-person training at the clinic before hybrid remote work becomes available
• Hybrid schedule requires 2–3 days per week onsite after training
