Position Details

Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Patients First Drive

Location: 901 Patients First Drive, Suite 3800, Washington, MO 63090

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630
No nights, weekends, or holidays!
  • Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings. **
Highly Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
  • Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
  • Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
  • Excellent time management and prioritization.
  • Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
LPN Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.
  • Licensure: Active LPN license.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
RN Qualifications
  • Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.
  • Licensure: Active RN license.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
