Valor Healthcare seeks a passionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Williston, ND. You will provide prescribed medical treatment and patient care under physician supervision, collaborating with the PACT team to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications

• MSN required and CRNP certification.
• At least 1 year clinical experience (3 years preferred) in primary or ambulatory care; VA experience preferred.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice nursing in the US; DEA registration; BLS and ACLS as required.

Responsibilities

• Actively diagnose and treat veterans under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with PACT team to develop patient care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostics; document encounters within 24 hours.
