Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA license or physician license.
• State license in Ohio in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals.
• Prolonged standing/walking with occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.

Job Summary

The Company is currently hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a part-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.
