Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide on-site care in long-term care facilities in Garland, TX. The NP/PA will conduct exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, and work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality elder care with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA license.
• State of Texas license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Compassion for elder care and person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.

Requirements

• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare
• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Computer work. Lifting/moving patients. Prolonged sitting.
• Competitive salary per annum: $60,000 – $90,000 per year
