VenVisor Health is seeking a Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care in long-term care facilities in Erwin, Tennessee. This full-time role focuses on meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care, with total annual compensation between $115,000 and $160,000.

You will conduct exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and work with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• State licensure in good standing in Tennessee.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare.

Job Summary

The Company is currently hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a full-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.

• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Computer work. Lifting/moving patients. Prolonged sitting.
