Sanova Urgent Care in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to deliver comprehensive primary care to adults and families. You will manage chronic diseases, provide preventive care, conduct annual exams, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

This full-time role includes a signing bonus, paid time off, medical insurance, CME support, and the opportunity to earn an additional bonus based on performance.

Competenze

• Active Arizona NP (APRN) or PA license.
• National board certification (AANP / ANCC or NCCPA).
• DEA registration, or eligible to obtain.
• Current BLS certification.
• Primary care experience preferred.

Sanova is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide comprehensive primary care to adults and families — chronic disease management, preventive care, annual exams and same-day visits — with physician collaboration built in.

What You\'ll Do

• See scheduled and same-day primary care patients
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol
• Perform annual wellness visits, physicals and preventive care
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Document visits accurately in the EHR
• Collaborate closely with our physician and care team

Pay & Benefits

• $125,000 – $135,000 per year, full-time
• Opportunity to earn a bonus
• Signing bonus — full-time NPs and PAs qualify for a signing bonus
