Job summary

Open Door Community Health Centers in Fortuna, CA, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our integrated care team at Fortuna CHC. This outpatient practice emphasizes compassionate, whole-person care across Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health and Pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited program with credentialing through the American Nurses Association or Physician Assistant Association.
• Current, unrestricted California license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current Board Certification in specialty of practice (or board eligible if newer graduate).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid California driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the health care needs of patients, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, institute and manage care for patients, and perform related work as assigned.

Education

Diploma from an accredited program with credentialing through the American Nurses Association or Physician Assistant Association

Current DEA registration
