Job summary

One Medical is seeking a skilled nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our DC team in a full-time role. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute and chronic visits, and occasionally perform tele-health visits.

You will participate in Clinical Rounds and collaborate with both in-office and virtual teams, using your clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate. Washington, DC licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in outpatient primary care with a fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits

• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required for This Role

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained by your One Medical start date

Location

This is a full‑time role based in Washington, District of Columbia at our DC Adams Morgan Office.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $135,700 - $162,200 based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
