Job summary

One Medical is seeking a qualified Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) in Washington, DC to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and tele-health visits, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds. The role supports continued learning and collaboration with both in-office and virtual teams.

The position requires completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and current DC licensure by start date, with opportunities to gain additional state credentials.

Qualifications

• NP/PA program completed with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years outpatient primary care, or 1 year with a 1-year PCP fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers; perform tele-health visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in additional states.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full- time role based in Washington, District of Columbia.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $135,700 - $162,200 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
