The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with ~15–18 patients per day and collaborative care support.

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $125000.00 - $145000.00

We are seeking a Primary Care NP to join a growing, patient-centered organization focused on value-based care and improving outcomes for senior and underserved populations.

Highlights
