Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the Miami, FL area to join a patient-centered, value-based care organization focused on seniors and underserved populations.

The role features a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule with an average of 15–18 patients per day. Base salary starts at $125k+with malpractice tail coverage, PTO, CME allowance and time, a 401(k), and comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or similar setting.
• Experience delivering value-based care and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• See a patient load of 15–18 per day in a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive and chronic care management.
