Job summary
Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered organization focused on value-based care and improving outcomes for senior and underserved populations.
You will provide primary care services to about 15–18 patients daily, work within an interdisciplinary team, and follow a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with minimal call duties. The role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
