Job summary

NP Now, LLC is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a large community health center in Framingham, MA. The role provides comprehensive primary care in a team-based, supportive environment, serving a diverse, underserved population.

You will deliver preventive and acute care across ages, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in ongoing quality improvement and training initiatives. Location offers suburban access near Boston and MBTA transit.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts.
• 3+ years of Primary Care NP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct primary care to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Develop therapeutic care plans for prevention, management, and maintenance of good health.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and families.
• Manage acute and chronic illness and urgent care needs with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
