Intro: About the Practice and Role

LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join an established outpatient primary care unit in Westminster, Maryland. You will provide patient-centered family medicine alongside two board-certified physicians and an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, with support from well-trained medical office staff. The role offers a stable hospital-employed practice, predictable scheduling with no scheduled evenings, weekends, or holidays, and ongoing clinical development supported by a continuing medical education allowance.

Responsibilities / About This Role

• Own patient-centered primary care: Evaluate and manage patients across the family medicine spectrum while building ongoing relationships with patients in an established outpatient practice.
• Extend your clinical impact: Provide primary care as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes two board-certified physicians and another Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Keep care coordinated: Work closely with medical office staff and the clinical team to support consistent, high-quality outpatient care.
• Share after-hours coverage: Provide telephone-only call as part of the provider team, averaging 2 to 3 call shifts per month.
• Grow your clinical practice: Use continuing medical education and professional membership support to maintain and develop your primary care knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Nurse Practitioner license
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or qualification appropriate for primary care
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent advanced nursing degree
• Primary care Nurse Practitioner experience preferred; at least 1 year is preferred
• Current Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) license and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license, or ability to obtain them
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care
