LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient primary care unit in Westminster, Maryland. You will provide patient-centered family medicine alongside two board-certified physicians and an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, with support from well-trained medical office staff.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland CRNP license required.
• FNP certification for primary care.
• MSN or equivalent advanced nursing degree.
• At least 1 year of primary care experience preferred.
• Current Maryland CDS and DEA licenses or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with two physicians and another NP.
• Coordinate care with staff and clinical team.
• Share after-hours telephone-only call as part of the provider team.
