LanceSoft is seeking a dedicated full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in California. You will provide comprehensive primary care, promote health, and coordinate patient care within regulatory guidelines.

Requirements include an accredited NP program (Master’s or Doctorate), CA NP license, California BRN board certification, active DEA, and a current BLS certificate, with at least 2 years in primary care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in NP program completed or in progress.
• Licensed NP in California with board certification.
• DEA license active and unrestricted; BLS current.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive primary care assessments and create treatment plans.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in providing professional medical services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive primary care assessments and develop patient treatment plans
• Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and health education to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice and in accordance with state laws
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide culturally competent care to diverse and underserved populations

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current, unrestricted License as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of California
• Board Certification from the California Board of Registered Nursing
• Active and unrestricted DEA license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Primary Care clinical work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a community health center, FQHC, or underserved healthcare setting.
