MedElite Healthcare Management Group is seeking a friendly and compassionate PCP Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Mesquite, Texas. You will provide comprehensive care to residents in long-term care facilities, delivering patient-centered services alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Requirements include Nurse Practitioner license and DEA license, with at least 6 months in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Nurse Practitioner license and DEA license.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments.
• Provide counseling to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of care.
• Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress.
• Make appropriate adjustments to care plans.

Salary Range: Full Time $150K - $200K per year
