The MedElite Group is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site care in long-term care facilities in Granbury and Mineral Wells, TX. This full-time role (4 days/week) offers a competitive salary and a collaborative care environment.

Applicants must hold an unrestricted NP/PA license in Texas with at least 6 months of long-term care experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift 20 pounds. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and more.

Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

Provide primary care services to residents in long-term care facilities
Perform physical exams and medical history assessments
Diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
Develop and adjust individualized care plans
Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
