Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site care for residents in long-term care facilities in Longview, Texas. This part-time role is weekends, ideal for providers who value meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care.

You will conduct exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and collaborate with facility staff to deliver person-centered, safe care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• State license in good standing in Texas.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
