I Am Boundless, a nonprofit serving Ohio for over 40 years, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to support Boundless Health in a primary care setting. You’ll deliver patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure services meet licensure and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner in Ohio.
• Must have at least two years of relevant professional experience as an Advanced Practice Practitioner.
• CPR certification required.
• Clear verbal and written communication with diverse audiences; represent the organization in medical community.

What You’ll Do:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a meaningful role in ensuring that Boundless Health goals and objectives are achieved in the primary care environment. The Nurse Practitioner is also responsible for ensuring all medical services are compliant with legal and licensurerequirementsandprofessionalmedicalstandards are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner and have a Certificate to Prescribe in the State of Ohio.
• Must have at least two years of relevant professional experience working as an Advanced Practice Practitioner
• Must be able to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Must be able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with a variety of audiences, and willing to represent the organization within the medical/health-care community.
• Must be proficient and accurate in computer use, including Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to provide Trauma Informed Care.
• Interest and ability to care for individuals with developmental disorders including autism, intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, CerebralPalsyand traumatic brain injury.
