Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Nurse in Eureka, MO to collaborate with providers and deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care. This on-site role supports an assigned patient panel and aligns with Mercy’s mission and standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 0800–1630, with no nights or weekends. After three months of on-site training, the role shifts to a hybrid model with periodic on-site meetings. Licensure as LPN or RN with relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing, active license, 2-3 years preferred experience.
• RN: Associate degree or higher in Nursing, active license, 2-3 years preferred experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with providers to deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care.
• Work with patients, healthcare team members, and providers to improve quality outcomes for an assigned panel.

Position Details

Location: Eureka, MO

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800-1630

No nights, weekends, or holidays!

After three months of on-site training, role transitions to a hybrid work model with on-site presence required periodically for meetings.
