Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (APP) to support Mount Carmel Sedalia's primary care practice. The APP will provide comprehensive health services for all ages, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, and participate in an integrated care team.

The role requires an MSN/NP with an Advanced Practice program background, Ohio RN and APRN licenses, BLS, and a DEA license.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Science, Nursing or specialty field is required.
• Graduate of an Advanced Practice Nurse program.
• Current Ohio RN license and APRN license (Ohio Board of Nursing).
• BLS provider certification and DEA license are required.
• Strong clinical assessment and analytical skills; self-directed and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care and treatment within scope and standards.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care with patients/families.
• Work under Standard Care Arrangement with collaborating physician.
• Lead performance improvement activities to improve clinical indicators.
