You will provide comprehensive health services with a focus on performance improvement and collaborative care; 1-2 years outpatient APRN experience is essential, with Ohio RN license, APRN certification, BLS and DEA license.

Qualifications

• Masters required in Science, Nursing or specialty field.
• Graduate of Advanced Practitioner Program.
• 1-2 years’ APRN experience required.
• Current RN license in Ohio with APRN certification and Ohio Board of Nursing licensure.
• BLS provider certification and DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Manages care and treatment of patients within standards and protocols.
• Develops a comprehensive care plan with patient/family per guidelines.
• Practices within Standard Care Arrangement with collaborating physician.
• Initiates and leads performance improvement activities to achieve top quartile clinical indicators.
