Job summary

Medical Analysis seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Springfield, TN employer-sponsored health clinic. Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available.

You will deliver primary, preventive, and occupational healthcare in a patient-centered setting with a focus on quality care. The position emphasizes strong patient relationships, independent decision-making, and collaboration with clinicians to ensure excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active, unrestricted Tennessee NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current national board certification.
• BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide primary, preventive, and wellness care.
• Perform physical exams and health assessments; order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans; educate patients.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care; maintain EHR documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide quality care.
