Bookmark Medical is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our Springfield, TN team. The role focuses on comprehensive, patient-centered care with emphasis on prevention and chronic disease management.

Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $135,000 annually, plus incentives. The organization offers a transparent, value-based model, modern technology, and a robust benefits package including CME allowance and retirement plans.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure.
• At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative mindset; EMR proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
• Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and build treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order/interpret diagnostics and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and stay current with practice guidelines.
