Bookmark Medical seeks a Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our established Primary Care team in White House, TN. You will provide comprehensive care, perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

$115,000 - $135,000 base salary + incentives
