Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with APRN licensure in Ohio and national FNP certification.
- Physician Assistant with Ohio license and national certification.
- Experience in primary healthcare across age groups preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care and health assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
- Provide preventive services and health education.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists.
