One Medical is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in Austin, TX. You will manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits, delivering in-person and tele-health care.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with both in-office and virtual teams, and ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds. Texas licensure is required by start date, with relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for outpatient primary care with patients of all ages.
• State licensed in Texas, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsabilités

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities; collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
