Job summary

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join OnPoint Family Medicine at Westminster. The role provides comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, physician-led network.

You will perform thorough assessments, diagnose and manage conditions, develop treatment plans, educate patients, and coordinate care with specialists while adhering to regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site position in Westminster, CO.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in practicing state.
• Active DEA Registration.
• BLS certification from an accredited organization.
• Experience in family practice/primary care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• At least 1 year of NP or PA practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct histories and physical exams to assess health and conditions.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on tests and labs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Educate patients on prevention, lifestyle, and adherence.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and refer to specialists.
• Document encounters accurately in electronic records.
• Respond to urgent situations using BLS.
