Zohorecruit seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our Monroe, NY outpatient clinic. The role is full-time and focused on primary care and family medicine for adults and children.

Candidates must hold NY NP/PA license with national certification and bring strong clinical and communication skills to a fast-paced environment with collaborative multi-specialty support.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York.
• National certification as applicable.
• Strong experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to adults and children.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams, preventive care visits, and follow-ups.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the clinic.
