Job summary

Crisp Regional Hospital, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time daytime coverage in the ambulatory clinic. You will deliver comprehensive care across all life stages, perform health maintenance exams, and coordinate prenatal and preventive services with physicians.

The role requires a Master’s degree in PA studies or nursing, current RN license, PA-C certification, BLS, and 2–4 years of clinical experience. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS), Health Science (MHS), Medical Science (MM Sc) or Nursing.
• Two to four years of work-related experience or equivalent.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current PA-C certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient clinical care in an ambulatory setting.
• Perform health maintenance exams for all age groups with patient education.
• Perform pregnancy confirmation and prenatal care in coordination with physicians.
• Evaluate acute conditions or stable chronic illnesses and initiate treatment per protocol.
• Maintain chart documentation and reporting for continuity of care.
