Job summary

CRH Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in Monroe, GA. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced setting, collaborating closely with a dynamic clinical team.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice with strong clinical support, on-site labs and imaging, and a focus on timely access to care. A Master’s degree and active NP/PA licensure are required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• This role requires an active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state where practice occurs.
• Master’s degree and board certification as NP or PA are preferred.
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care is advantageous.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and billing/coding processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, wound care, and more.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays and labs.
• Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
