Responsibilities

• Provides primary and urgent care under physician supervision.
• Collaborates with emergency department physician for patient management.
• Documents assessments, plans, and progress notes in the EMR.
• Delivers procedural care within scope of privileges and hospital policies.
• Educates patients and families and supports care coordination during discharge.
