Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat common medical conditions using evidence-based practices.
  • Counsel patients on wellness strategies and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes.
  • Review labs and clinical documents promptly and accurately.
  • Complete charting in the electronic medical record.
