Hometown Urgent Care in Columbus, OH seeks a compassionate Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive care across all ages at Easton or Morse Rd location. You will diagnose, treat, and educate patients within a collaborative, team-based practice and utilize E-ClinicalWorks for patient records.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP-C or PA-C in Ohio with strong primary care experience.
• Experience in family medicine or internal medicine.
• Comfort with a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds.
• Proficient in outpatient clinical procedures and EMR use, especially E-ClinicalWorks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions in a primary care setting.
• Provide primary care support across multiple specialties as needed.
• Perform in-scope procedures and coordinate care with specialists to ensure continuity.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention, and lifestyle changes.
