Qualifikationen

• Licensed NP/PA with MA board certification and national credential.
• Current controlled substances registration and DEA privileges.
• BLS certified and able to maintain licensure.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate care for a specific patient panel across clinical and administrative tasks.
• Perform examinations, diagnoses and treatment in primary care; manage care plans with referrals.
• Monitor and manage acute/chronic illnesses; author and supervise care plans.
• Collaborate with patients and families to manage care plans.
• Provide consultation for hospitalized patients in the panel.
• Direct and support staff to ensure department effectiveness.

Kenntnisse

APC experience

Ausbildung

Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program (Masters level preferred)

Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration in Nursing

National Board Certification

Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire

DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire

Maintains BLS certification
