Optum is looking for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates to join their Primary Care team in Oregon. You will provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, managing both acute and chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association required prior to start.
• 1+ years of experience in Primary Care or managed care setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct preventive evaluations and wellness education.
• Manage acute and chronic illness.
• Prescribe medications and order laboratory tests.
