Qualifications

• Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certificate beyond a four-year college.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon or ability to obtain.
• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate Program.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association required prior to start.
• Excellent patient care and time management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, team player, adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients in outpatient settings.
• Manage health by providing preventive evaluations and wellness education.
• Prescribe, order labs/tests and document care in electronic medical records.
