Job summary

Market Street Staffing is seeking a seasoned NP/PA to cover locum need in the United States (Mcdonough area). The role centers on primary care with EPIC EMR and a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or on-call.

Active Georgia APRN or PA license, board certification, and 1+ year of primary care experience are required. Travel benefits provided if you live more than 50 miles from the facility; this is a 1099 independent contractor position.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests

• Perform procedures as permitted by state regulations and APP specialty

Education:

• Masterof Science in Nursing (MSN) degree focused on an NPspecialty (e.g., family practice, adult-gerontology,pediatrics)
• Masterof Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) degreefrom an accredited program

Licenses& Certifications:

• Activeand unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse(APRN) license in Georgia
• Nationalcertification as an NP in a relevant specialty area by arecognized certifying body (e.g., American Academy ofNurse Practitioners [AANP])
• Activeand unencumbered physician assistant (PA) license in Georgia
• Nationalcertification from the National Commission onCertification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Experience:

• Whilespecific requirements may vary, most locum APP positionsprefer candidates with at least one year of experiencein a clinical setting relevant to their specialty

Travel:

If you residegreater than 50 miles from the facility you areeligible for travel benefits. You will have yourtravel and lodging arranged by our travel departmentand paid for in full.
