Job summary

Mount Carmel North in Ohio seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care to join our outpatient clinic team. The APP delivers comprehensive health care across the lifespan with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in nursing or related field.
• Current Ohio RN license and APRN certification.
• CTP or eligible for CTP-E from Ohio Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification.
• DEA license.
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the care and treatment of patients within scope and protocols.
• Develops a comprehensive plan of care with patient/family.
• Operates under a Standard Care Arrangement with a collaborating physician.
• Leads performance improvement activities to reach top clinical indicators.
